Euthanasia

As the circle of life continues, sometimes is it necessary to painlessly and peacefully end the life of a horse or pony.  This may be due to old age, disease or injury.

Sometimes part of being a good horse owner means having to make the hard decision on when is the ‘right’ time to have this done.  Often your horse will tell you – they may appear miserable, have trouble eating or getting around, or stop interacting with other horses.  We are here to help if you want some advice on when is the ‘right’ time.  It is a privilege that we are able to end pain and suffering and give our old friends a painless and dignified end, something that is denied to the human race in todays society.

Notably, the quality of life for our old friends is more important than the quantity of life.
